Hours: 1:30 AM – 10:30 AM Honduras time (adjusted for daylight savings), with a 1-hour lunch

About the Role:

This is a hybrid Salesforce administration and virtual dispatch position designed for a highly skilled, detail-oriented consultant. While the core of the work will be Salesforce-focused (system updates, backlog management, testing, and app development support), the role also includes light dispatch responsibilities during the overnight shift. The contractor will serve as a key link between business staff, offshore Salesforce developers, and operational teams, ensuring technology and logistics run smoothly.


Position Overview:

As an Offshore Salesforce Admin / Dispatcher, you will:

  • Support and maintain Salesforce, completing updates from the backlog.
  • Partner with offshore Salesforce developers to test new features, review work, and pass along business needs.
  • Contribute to Salesforce architecture and implementation planning.
  • Collaborate with company staff to review priorities and manage the technology backlog.
  • Assist in shaping and building our future Salesforce-connected app.
  • Provide limited dispatch coverage for transportation services during the overnight shift.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical Salesforce expertise with operational awareness, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a fast-moving, international environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & Development Support

  • Complete Salesforce backlog updates, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Meet regularly with offshore Salesforce developers (Pakistan team) to test features and provide feedback.
  • Gather and communicate business needs from staff to developers.
  • Assist with architecture decisions and implementation planning.
  • Help with app design, testing, and future rollout.
  • Create and maintain training materials, documents, and guides for Salesforce users.

Dispatch & Operations Support

  • Handle dispatch calls during the 1:30 AM – 10:30 AM shift as needed.
  • Coordinate rides and small deliveries, ensuring smooth scheduling and compliance.
  • Provide limited coverage when other dispatch staff are unavailable.
  • Monitor and support drivers, assisting with on-call issues and troubleshooting app/phone problems.
  • Maintain accurate data entry for rides, schedules, and compliance.


Requirements:

  • Spanish Bilingual, must speak great English.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Experience with Dialpad (Preferred but not required).
  • Must be able to manage IT with remote tech support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and phone access.
  • Trustworthy, compassionate, patient, and organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strategically minded with previous experience in logistics, transportation management, or working with youth who require individualized support.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges of transporting individuals with special needs.
  • Must have own Laptop and reliable internet.

Additional Information:

  • This is an independent contractor position, not direct employment.
  • Based in Honduras, serving as part of a global team with staff in the US and consultants overseas.

About the Role:

This is an online-based transportation and logistics position focused on coordinating safe, reliable rides for youth with special needs and small deliveries. The role emphasizes high safety standards, strong communication, and seamless operations across multiple regions.


Postion Overview:

As a Virtual Dispatcher, you will oversee and coordinate transportation services for special needs youth and deliveries. You will manage scheduling, dispatching, compliance, and driver support fully remotely. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate rides and small deliveries across various regions.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and data entry to ensure smooth operations.
  • Remotely monitor and assist drivers, handling on-call issues and filling gaps when needed.
  • Oversee driver onboarding, training, and background checks to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of rides, schedules, and compliance documentation via data entry.
  • Communicate with clients, caregivers, and partners to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Manage driver equipment as needed.
  • Support dispatch coverage when other staff are unavailable.
  • Assist with app and phone troubleshooting for drivers and clients.
  • Create training materials, documents, and slide decks for onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with drivers to address any operational challenges or issues that arise during rides or deliveries.
  • Help with logistic changes and reaching out to drivers to cover rides.
  • Take calls from partner companies and give updates.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers, ensuring they meet our rigorous safety and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and transportation-related data.
  • Assist in optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track inspection and renovation updates reported by drivers to ensure records are current and vehicles meet standards.
  • Uphold FAMCO Logistics's Zero Tolerance policy by enforcing strict background checks and safety measures. 
  • Support light administrative tasks, including compliance tracking, data entry, and HR-related tasks (onboarding, document collection).
  • Suggest app needs and improvements based on personal experience, user feedback, and operational needs.


Requirements:

  • Must meet driver eligibility standards (background check, valid license, insurance, etc.).
  • Must be able to manage IT with remote tech support.

  • Trustworthy, compassionate, patient, and organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strategically minded with previous experience in logistics, transportation management, or working with youth who require individualized support.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges of transporting individuals with special needs, or doing dispatch
  • Smartphone (iOS/Android) with the ability to use a ride management app.
  • Must have own Laptop and reliable internet.
